" وَلَوْ تَقَاذَفَا لَمْ يَتَقَاصَّا " لِأَنَّ التَّقَاصَّ إنَّمَا يَكُونُ عِنْدَ اتِّفَاقِ الْجِنْسِ وَالصِّفَةِ وَالْحَدَّانِ لَا يَتَّفِقَانِ فِي الصِّفَةِ لاختلاف القاذف وَالْمَقْذُوفِ فِي الْخِلْقَةِ وَفِي الْقُوَّةِ وَالضَّعْفِ غَالِبًا
