" ثُمَّ أُمْهِلَ " وُجُوبًا حَتَّى يَبْرَأَ وَإِنْ قَالَ مُسْتَحِقُّ الْقَتْلِ عَجِّلُوا الْقَطْعَ وَأَنَا أُبَادِرُ بَعْدَهُ بِالْقَتْلِ لِئَلَّا يَهْلِكَ بِالْمُوَالَاةِ فَيَفُوتُ الْقَتْلُ قَوَدًا " ثُمَّ قُطِعَ ثُمَّ قُتِلَ بِلَا " وُجُوبِ " مُهْلَةٍ " بَيْنَهُمَا لِأَنَّ النَّفْسَ مُسْتَوْفَاةٌ
