" وَسُنَّ " عِنْدَ اخْتِلَافِ وُجُوهِ النَّظَرِ وَتَعَارُضِ الْآرَاءِ فِي حُكْمٍ " أَنْ يُشَاوِرَ الْفُقَهَاءَ " الْأُمَنَاءَ لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى لِنَبِيِّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: {وَشَاوِرْهُمْ فِي الْأَمْرِ} ١
