" فَإِنْ تَعَدَّدَ الطَّاهِرُ " مِنْ آنِيَةٍ مَعَ تَعَدُّدِ المجتهد وَظَنَّ كُلٌّ مِنْهُمْ طَهَارَةَ إنَائِهِ فَقَطْ كَمَا فِي الْمِثَالِ الْآتِي " صَحَّ " اقْتِدَاءُ بَعْضِهِمْ بِبَعْضٍ " مَا لَمْ يَتَعَيَّنْ إنَاءُ إمَامٍ لِنَجَاسَةٍ " فَلَا يَصِحُّ الِاقْتِدَاءُ بِصَاحِبِهِ
