" فَإِنْ ادَّعَى تلفها حلف " فيصدق وإن ناقض نفسا إذْ لَوْ لَمْ يُصَدَّقْ لَخَلَّدَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَبْسَ فَيَلْزَمُهُ بَدَلُهَا وَذِكْرُ التَّحْلِيفِ فِي التَّلَفِ مِنْ زِيَادَتِي
