فَلَوْ طُلِبَ مِنْ وَاحِدٍ أَوْ اثْنَيْنِ أَوْ لَمْ يَكُنْ إلَّا هُمَا أَوْ وَاحِدٌ وَالْحَقُّ يَثْبُتُ بِهِ وَبِيَمِينٍ
