" وَإِنْ ذَكَرَ سَبَبًا وَهِيَ " سَبَبًا " آخَرَ ضَرَّ " ذَلِكَ لِلتَّنَاقُضِ بَيْنَ الدَّعْوَى وَالشَّهَادَةِ وَإِنْ لَمْ تَذْكُرْ السَّبَبَ قُبِلَتْ شَهَادَتُهَا لِأَنَّهَا شَهِدَتْ بِالْمَقْصُودِ وَلَا تَنَاقُضَ.
