وَفِي الصِّيغَةِ لَفْظٌ يُشْعِرُ بِهَا إيجَابًا كَكَاتَبْتُك عَلَى كَذَا مُنَجَّمًا مَعَ إذَا أَدَّيْته فَأَنْتَ حُرٌّ لَفْظًا أو نية وَقَبُولًا كَقَبِلْتُ ذَلِكَ

" وَ " شُرِطَ " فِي الصِّيغَةِ لَفْظٌ يُشْعِرُ بِهَا " أَيْ بِالْكِتَابَةِ وَفِي مَعْنَاهُ مَا مَرَّ فِي الضَّمَانِ " إيجَابًا كَكَاتَبْتُك " أَوْ أَنْتَ مُكَاتَبٌ " عَلَى كَذَا " كَأَلْفٍ " مُنَجَّمًا مَعَ " قَوْلِهِ " إذَا أَدَّيْته " مَثَلًا " فَأَنْتَ حُرٌّ لَفْظًا أو نية وَقَبُولًا كَقَبِلْتُ ذَلِكَ " وَذِكْرُ الْكَافِ قَبْلَ كَاتَبْتُك وَقَبِلْت مِنْ زِيَادَتِي
