" وَلَوْ كَاتَبَاهُ " أَيْ شَرِيكَانِ فِيهِ بِنَفْسِهِمَا أَوْ نَائِبِهِمَا " مَعًا صَحَّ " ذَلِكَ " إنْ اتَّفَقَتْ النُّجُومُ " جِنْسًا وَصِفَةً وَأَجَلًا وَعَدَدًا وَفِي هَذَا إطْلَاقُ النَّجْمِ عَلَى الْمُؤَدَّى " وَجُعِلَتْ " أَيْ النُّجُومُ " عَلَى نِسْبَةِ مِلْكَيْهِمَا " صَرَّحَ بِهِ أَوْ أَطْلَقَ
