" و " فِي أَنَّ كِتَابَتَهُ " تَبْطُلُ بِمَوْتِ سَيِّدِهِ " قَبْلَ الْأَدَاءِ لِعَدَمِ حُصُولِ الْمُعَلَّقِ عَلَيْهِ فَإِنْ كَانَ قَالَ إنْ أَدَّيْت إلَيَّ أَوْ إلَى وَارِثِي بَعْدَ مَوْتِي لَمْ تَبْطُلْ بِمَوْتِهِ.
