" فَإِنْ فَسَخَهَا " أَيْ الْفَاسِدَةَ " أَحَدُهُمَا " هُوَ أَعَمُّ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ السَّيِّدُ " أَشْهَدَ " بِفَسْخِهَا احْتِيَاطًا وَتَحَرُّزًا مِنْ التَّجَاحُدِ لَا شَرْطًا.
