" وَإِنْ صدقه أحدهما فنصيبه مكاتب " عملا بإقرار وَاغْتُفِرَ التَّبْعِيضُ لِأَنَّ الدَّوَامَ أَقْوَى مِنْ الِابْتِدَاءِ " ونصيب المكذب قن يحلفه " عَلَى نَفْيِ الْعِلْمِ بِكِتَابَةِ أَبِيهِ اسْتِصْحَابًا لِأَصْلِ الرِّقِّ فَنِصْفُ الْكَسْبِ لَهُ وَنِصْفُهُ لِلْمُكَاتَبِ
