فتح الوهاب بشرح منهج الطلابZakariyya al-Ansari

" وَكَذَا " تدخل في " عُرُوقُهَا " وَلَوْ يَابِسَةً بِقَيْدٍ زِدْته بِقَوْلِي " إنْ لَمْ يُشْتَرَطْ قَطْعٌ " وَإِلَّا فَلَا تَدْخُلُ عَمَلًا بِالشَّرْطِ " لَا مَغْرِسُهَا " بِكَسْرِ الرَّاءِ أَيْ مَوْضِعِ غَرْسِهَا فَلَا يَدْخُلُ فِي بَيْعِهَا لِأَنَّ اسْمَهَا لا يتناولها " وَ " لَكِنَّ الْمُشْتَرِيَ " يَنْتَفِعُ بِهِ مَا بَقِيَتْ " أَيْ الشَّجَرَةُ تَبَعًا لَهَا.
