" ثُمَّ " بَعْدَ الْفَسْخِ " يُرَدُّ مَبِيعٌ " مَثَلًا " بزيادة " له " متصلة وأرش عيب " فيه إنْ تَعَيَّبَ وَهُوَ مَا نَقَصَ مِنْ قِيمَتِهِ كَمَا يُضْمَنُ كُلُّهُ بِهَا وَذِكْرُ الزِّيَادَةِ الْمُتَّصِلَةِ مِنْ زِيَادَتِي.
