فتح الوهاب بشرح منهج الطلابZakariyya al-Ansari

" وَإِنْ سَكَتَ عَلَيْهِ " لِأَنَّهُ مَحْجُورٌ عليه لحق سيده " فيرد " أي المبيع أو نحوه سواء أكان بِيَدِ سَيِّدِهِ " لِمَالِكِهِ " لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَخْرُجْ عَنْ مِلْكِهِ وَلَوْ أَدَّى الثَّمَنَ مِنْ مَالِ سَيِّدِهِ اسْتَرَدَّ أَيْضًا
