" وَيَجِبُ " نَزْعُهُ " فِي الثَّانِيَةِ " لِيَصِلَ التُّرَابُ إلَى مَحِلِّهِ وَلَا يَكْفِي تَحْرِيكُهُ بِخِلَافِهِ فِي الطُّهْرِ بِالْمَاءِ لِأَنَّ التُّرَابَ لَا يَدْخُلُ تَحْتَهُ

بِخِلَافِ الْمَاءِ فَإِيجَابُ نَزْعِهِ إنَّمَا هُوَ عِنْدَ الْمَسْحِ لَا عِنْدَ النَّقْلِ.
