(وكذا) في الحكم (فم طفل و) فم (بهيمة طاهرة) إذا أكلا نجاسة ثم ولغا في مائع لم يؤثر ذلك ولا يكره سؤرهما نصًا، (وما ينضم دبره من ذلك إذا وقع في مائع أو) في (ماء يسير ومات فيه نجسة وإلا) بأن لم يمت فيه (فلا) ينجسه،
