(ولا تمنع كبيرة) عاقلة (من) نكاح (مجبوب وعنين) لأن الحق في الوطء لها، (بل) يمنعها وليها (من) نكاح (مجنون ومجذوم وأبرص) لأن فيه عاراً عليها وعلى أهلها كمنعها من نكاح غير كفء،
