(و) غير (مضارع) كأطلقك (و) غير (مطلقة) اسم فاعل أى (بكسر اللام فـ) ـلا تطلق بها لأنها غير صريحة بل (يقع) الطلاق (من مصرح) بكسر الراء أى غير حاك ونحوه،
