(وإن قال) لزوجته (أنت على حرام) ظهار (أو) قال أنت على (كظهر أمى) ظهار (أو) قال (ما أحل الله على حرام) أو الحل على حرام (فهو ظهار) لأنه صريح فيه فلا يقع به طلاق
