(ويباح) الإحداد (لبائن) من حي، ولا يسن لها ولا يجب على رجعية وموطوءة بشبهة أو زنا أو في نكاح فاسد أو باطل أو ملك يمين، (و) الإحداد (هو) اجتناب أي (ترك زينة و) ترك (طيب) كزعفران ولو كان بها سقم
