(ويحرم نجس ودم) لقوله تعالى: {حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ وَالْدَّمُ}. (و) يحرم (مضر كسم) لأنه مما يقتل غالبا قال الله تعالى: {وَلَا تُلْقُوا بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى التَّهْلُكَةِ}،
