(ولا يحمل) من الثمر كغيره (ولا يأكل من) ثمر (مجني) مجموع (إلا لضرورة) كسائر أنواع الطعام، وألحق جماعة بذلك باقلاء وحمصا أخضرين ونحوهما مما يؤكل رطبا، قال المنقح وهو قوي،
