(فإن أعانه) أي الجرح على قتله. (غيره ككون رأسه) أي الواقع في بئر ونحوه (بماء ونحوه) مما يقتل غالبا (لم يحل) أكله لحصول قتله بمبيح وحاظر فغلب جانب الحظر،
