فصل (و) إذا حلف (لا يلبس فلبس ثوباً أو) لبس (درعا) أو جوشنا (أو عمامة أو نعلا ونحوها) كخف وقلنسوة (حنث) لأنه ملبوس حقيقة أو عرفاً كالثياب،
