(وحرم) عليه (تقليد غيره ولو) كان غيره (أعلم منه) ، (و) حرم عليه (القضاء وهو غضبان كثيرا أو) وهو (حاقن) ببول أو حاقب بغائط (أو فى شدة جوع أو) فى شدة (عطش أو هم أو ملل أو كسل أو نعاس أو برد مؤلم أو حر مزعج) ونحو ولأن ذلك كله يشغل الفكر الموصل إلى إصابة الحق غالبا،
