(وكل عيد لكفار) أو يوم يفردونه بتعظيم، أي ما لم يوافق أو كان واجبًا، (و) كره (تقدم) شهر (رمضان بـ) صوم (يوم أو يومين) لا أكثر (ما لم يوافق عادة، وحرم صوم) يومي (العيدين مطلقًا) ولا يصح، (و) كذا (أيام التشريق) ، و (لا) يحرم صومها (عن دم متعة أو قران) لمن عدمه ويصح،
