(فإن خاف) بنزعها (الضرر) وهي متجاوزة محل الحاجة أو كان وضعها على غير طهارة وإن لم تتجاوز (تيمم) لها (مع مسح موضوعة على طهارة) متجاوزة فيغسل الصحيح ويتمم عن المجاوز ويمسح عن الجريح،
