(قَوْلُهُ فَقَبِلَتْ) أَفَادَ بِهِ أَنَّ الْقَبُولَ شَرْطُ الْعِتْقِ هُنَا وَفِيمَا قَبْلَهَا ط؛ لِأَنَّهُ مُعَاوَضَةٌ لَا تَعْلِيقٌ
