(قَوْلُهُ: وَإِنْ لَمْ يَصِحَّ تَعْلِيقُهَا بِهِ) مَثَّلَ لَهُ فِي الْبَحْرِ بِمَا قَدَّمْنَاهُ عَنْ الْبَزَّازِيَّةِ مِنْ قَوْلِ الْمُشْتَرِي لِلْبَائِعِ إنْ وَجَدْتَ مُشْتَرِيًا بِأَزْيَدَ فَبِعْهُ مِنْهُ.

(قَوْلُهُ: كَمَا سَيَجِيءُ) أَيْ قُبَيْلَ بَابِ الصَّرْفِ اهـ. ح
