(وَلَوْ لَمْ يُصَالِحْ بَلْ اشْتَرَى بِنِصْفِهِ شَيْئًا ضَمَّنَهُ) شَرِيكُهُ (الرُّبْعَ) لِقَبْضِهِ النِّصْفَ بِالْمُقَاصَّةِ (أَوْ أَتْبَعَ غَرِيمَهُ) فِي جَمِيعِ مَا مَرَّ لِبَقَاءِ حَقِّهِ فِي ذِمَّتِهِ. .
