مسألة: (وإن دَفَعَها إلى غَنِىٍّ، فافْتَقَرَ عندَ الوُجُوبِ، لم تُجْزِئْه) لأنَّه لم يَدْفَعْها إلى مُسْتَحِقِّها، أشْبَهَ ما لو لم يَفْتَقِرْ. ٩٨٩ -
