مسألة: (ولا يُزادُ أحَدٌ منهم على ذلك) لِما ذَكَرْنا. ولأنَّ الدَّفْعَ لحاجَةٍ، فوَجَبَ أن يُتَقَيَّدَ بها،

وإنِ اجْتَمَعَ في واحِدٍ سَبَبانِ، كالغارِمِ الفَقِيرِ، دُفِعَ إليه لهما؛ لأنَّ كلَّ واحِدٍ منهما سَبَبٌ للأخْذِ، فوَجَبَ أن يَثْبُتَ حُكْمُه حيثُ وُجِد.
