وَلَا تَلْزَمُهُ نَفَقَتُهُ لِإِعْسَارِ الْمُوصَى لَهُ، أَوْ غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ، وَجَبَ عَلَى الْوَلِيِّ قَبُولُ الْوَصِيَّةِ وَإِلَّا لَمْ يَجُزْ لَهُ قَبُولُهَا
