مسألة: (ولا يَنْفَكُّ عنه الحَجْرُ إلَّا بحُكْمِه) يَعْنِي إذا رَشَدَ احْتاجَ فَكُّ الحَجْرِ إلى حُكْم الحاكِمِ. وبه قال الشافعيُّ
