(وَعَنْهُ: لَا مَهْرَ لَهَا) ; لِأَنَّ الْفُرْقَةَ حَصَلَتْ بِتَأَخُّرِهَا عَنِ الْإِسْلَامِ، فَكَانَ مِنْ جِهَتِهَا ; وَلِأَنَّ فِي إِيجَابِ الْمَهْرِ عَلَيْهِ تَنْفِيرًا لَهُ عَنِ الْإِسْلَامِ ; لِأَنَّهُ يَجْتَمِعُ عَلَيْهِ فَسْخُ النِّكَاحِ مَعَ وُجُوبِ الْمَهْرِ.
