(واحِدَةً) ولَمْ تَطْلُقْ بتَعْلِيقِ الطَّلاقِ، لأنَّه لم يُطَلِّقْهَا بَعْدَ ذلك، لأنَّ هذا يَقْتَضِي ابْتِداءَ إيقاعٍ، [ووُقوعُ] الطَّلاقِ ههُنا بالقيامِ، إنَّما هو وُقوعٌ بصِفَةٍ سابقةٍ لعَقْدِ الطَّلاقِ شَرْطًا.
