(وَلَا أقَمْتُ مَكَانِي سَاعَةً) يُريدُ إذا كان له امْرأتانِ؛ إحْدَاهُما في الغُرْفَةِ، والأخْرَى أسْفَل (فَلْتَنْزِلِ الْعُلْيَا، ولْتَصْعَدِ السُّفْلَى) ثُمَّ يَنْزِلُ إنْ شَاءَ أوْ يَصْعَدُ (فَتَنْحَل يَمِينُه) لأنَّ الصِّفَةَ لم توجَدْ. ٣٦٢٨ -
