(وَعَنْهُ: تَنْقَضِي بِهِ) لِأَنَّهُ حَمْلٌ فَيَدْخُلُ فِي عُمُومِ النَّصِّ (وَفِيهِ بُعْدٌ) . وَوَجْهُهُ أَنَّ شَرْطَ انْقِضَاءِ الْعِدَّةِ بِالْحَمْلِ أَنْ يَكُونَ حَمْلَ الْمُفَارِقِ، وَهَذَا لَيْسَ حَمْلًا مِنْهُ ضَرُورَةُ أَنَّهُ لَا يَلْحَقُهُ نَسَبُهُ.
