(لَكِنْ لَيْسَ لَهُمْ) ، أَيْ: الْوَرَثَةِ، (سَلْبُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْكَفَنِ الَّذِي تَبَرَّعَ بِهِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْ غَيْرُهُمْ (مِنْهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمَيِّتِ، (بَعْدَ دَفْنِهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا إسْقَاطَ لِحَقِّ أَحَدٍ فِي تَبْقِيَتِهِ.
