(إلا إذا كان) الاختلاف في قَدْر الثمن (بعد قبض ثمنٍ، وفسخ عقدٍ بإقالة، أو) بعد (رد معيب (١) ) أو نحوه (فـ) القول (قول بائعٍ) بيمينه؛ لأن البائع منكر لما يدعيه المشتري بعد انفساخ العقد، فأشبه ما لو اختلفا في القبض.
