(وله) أي: المكاتب (أن يقتص لنفسه ممن جنى عليه، على طرفه، أو جرحه) وقوله: (بغير إذن سيده) متعلق بـ"يقتص"، ويحتمل أن يتعلق بقوله:"ويملك المكاتب" لأنه لو عفا على مال؛ كان له، فكذلك بدله.
