وَالرَّجْعِيةُ زَوْجَةٌ فِي نَفَقَةٍ وَإرثٍ وَصِحَّةِ لِعَانٍ وَطَلَاقٍ، وَيَلحَقُهَا ظِهَارُهُ وَإيلَاؤُهُ وَلَهَا أَنْ تَتَشَرَّفَ لَهُ وتَتَزَيَّنَ وَلَهُ السَّفَرُ وَالْخَلْوَةُ بِهَا وَوَطؤُهَا
