وَيُسْتَحلَفُ مُنْكِرٌ فِي كُلِّ حَقِّ آدَمِيٍّ غَيرَ نِكَاح وَرَجعة وَطَلَاقٍ وَإيلَاء وَوَلَاء وَاسْتِيلَاب وَنَسَب وَقَذف وَأَصلِ رِقٍّ كَدَعوَى رَقِّ لَقِيطٍ وَقِصَاصٍ فِي غَيرِ قَسَامَة
