وَحَرِيمُ عَينٍ وَقَنَاةٍ خَمْسُمِائَةِ ذِرَاعٍ وَنَهرٍ مِنْ جَانِبَيهِ مَا يَحتَاجُ إلَيهِ لِطَرحِ كَرَايَتِهِ وَطَرِيقِ قِيمَةٍ وَشَجَرَةٍ قَدرَ مَدٍّ أَغصَانِهَا وَأَرضٍ تُزرَعُ مَا يُحتَاج لِسَقيِهَا وَرَبطِ دَوَابِّهَا وَطَرحِ سَبَخِهَا وَنَحوَهُ وَدَارٍ مِنْ مَوَاتٍ حَولَهَا مَطرَحُ تُرَابٍ وَكُنَاسَةٍ وَثَلْجٌ وَمَاءُ مِيزَابٍ وَمَمَرٌّ لِبَابٍ
