مسألة: يجوز التيمم في كل سفر عدم الماء فيه طال أو قصر. خلافا لمن قال لا يجب إلا في قدر مسافة القصر. لقوله تعالى: {أو على سفر} فعم. ولأنه شرط في التيمم كالمرض. ولأنه أريد لحرمة الصلاة، وحراسة الوقت، وخوف الفوات وذلك يستوي فيه الطويل من السفر والقصير.
