مسألة: إذا توضأ بماء ولغ فيه الكلب ففي استحباب إعادة الصلاة في الوقت روايتان: فوجه إثباته اعتباره بالماء القليل تقع فيه النجاسة فلا تغيره. ووجه نفيه أن نجاسة الكلب مختلف فيها فلم تجر مجرى ما يتفق على نجاسته.
