مسألة: اختلف عنه في حد القذف هل هو من حقوق الله تعالى أو من حقوق الآدميين، والصحيح أنه من حقوق الآدميين؛ بدليل أنه يورث عن المقذوف، وحقوق الله تعالى لا تورث، ولأنه لا يستحق [إلا] بالمطالبة كسائر حقوق الآدميين.
