فصل: ولا يجوز الجذع من غير الضأن، خلافا لمن أجازه؛ لقوله: "إلا أن يعسر عليكم فتذبحوا جذعة من الضأن" ، فقصر ذلك على الضأن، وقوله لأبي بردة: «تجزيك ولا تجزىء أحدا بعدك» .
