مسألة: الخمر محرمة لعلة، وقال أصحاب أبي حنيفة لعنبها؛ فدليلنا قوله تعالى: "إنما يريد الشيطان أن يوقع بينكم العداوة والبغضاء في الخمر" ، وذكر الصفة عقيب الحكم تفيد التعليل، لأن علامات العلل موجودة في الإسكار فوجب أن تكون علتها. [حد الخمر] :
